This auction is for a 2006 S San Francisco Old Mint Silver Dollar Commemorative Coin. There are no spots or discoloration at all. The coin comes in its US mint cap with box and coa, and yes the pictured coin is the one you will receive. Thanks for looking, good luck, and let us know what you think.
